MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — The Greater Morgantown Community Trust (GMCT), a nonprofit, community foundation, has announced Beth Fuller has been hired as Executive Director. Starting April 5th, Fuller will administer and develop all aspects of foundation management, while working closely with business professionals, community leaders, and volunteers. Her other responsibilities include strategic operation and program planning, fiscal oversight of endowment and grant funds, and property management.

"From the time I arrived in Morgantown as a freshman at WVU to working and raising a family, I have been humbled by the support of our community," said Fuller. "I relish the opportunity to give back to the community that has given so much to me and my family. The Trust offers so many different ways that we can all contribute in making our area an even greater place to live."

Prior to joining GMCT, Fuller gained valuable sales and communication experience over nine years in the banking industry. Fuller holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from West Virginia University. She resides in Morgantown with her husband Roger and two daughters.

GMCT is a public charity created by and for the people of the Greater Morgantown area. The organization enables local people with philanthropic interests to easily and effectively support the issues they care about — immediately or through their estate. Through human and financial resources, GMCT is able to extend many forms of assistance to qualified people, programs and projects. The Trust’s underlying goal is always to enhance the quality of life for those they service. Donors can establish a charitable fund at GMCT by contributing a variety of assets, and may also recommend grants — in their name, if they choose — to nonprofit groups they want to support.
